Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vidyashift
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid workshops, courses, programs and services offered on or by www.vidyashift.com, including the AI Exam Saathi workshop and the 21-day accelerator (together, the "Programs"). It should be read together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. By completing a paid registration, you accept this Policy.
1. Cancelling your registration
You can cancel your registration and request a refund by writing to us at gaurav@vidyashift.com before the Program starts:
Cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time: full refund, minus any payment-gateway transaction fee actually deducted by our payment partner (a pass-through processing cost, not a cancellation charge).
Cancel less than 48 hours before the start time, or after the session has begun: no cash refund; instead, at your request, we'll move your seat to the next available cohort, once.
If you don't attend and don't cancel in advance, no refund or transfer applies.
2. If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel, indefinitely postpone, or can't deliver a session for reasons within our control, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next available cohort. We won't charge you a cancellation fee in this situation.
3. Technical issues on our end
If a technical failure on our side — a broken session link, platform outage, and similar — stops you from accessing a live session you registered for, we'll offer a recording (where available), a free transfer, or a refund, your choice. We're not responsible for issues caused by your own device, connection, or account access.
4. Downloadable bonus resources
Once you've downloaded or accessed a bonus resource (the prompt book, planner, tracker, checklist, or similar), that portion of your purchase is non-refundable, even if you cancel your session registration under Section 1.
5. No cancellation charges
We don't levy a cancellation charge on you for cancelling a confirmed registration, unless we would bear a similar charge ourselves if we cancelled the order — consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email gaurav@vidyashift.com with your registered name, the email used at checkout, and your payment reference/transaction ID. We'll issue a ticket number and acknowledge your request within 48 hours, and resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
7. Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner Razorpay.. Once initiated, refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider and isn't fully within our control.
8. Future and upsell programs
This Policy extends to other paid Vidyashift programs, including the 21-day accelerator, unless a specific program's registration page states different terms — in which case those terms will be shown to you before you pay.
9. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer forum you're entitled to approach under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here
