A few things
you might ask.

Have another question?

Talk to VidyaShift
Is this workshop right for a beginner?
Yes. You do not need a technical background or previous experience with AI. We will work through the frameworks step by step.
Which exams is this useful for?
The frameworks apply to SSC, railways, banking, UPSC, state PSC, teaching and eligibility exams, government or PSU exams, and interview preparation. You adapt the prompts to your own syllabus and exam stage.
What language is the workshop in?
The live workshop is conducted in Hindi/Hinglish. You can tailor your practice prompts to your preferred language.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No paid AI subscription is required. The frameworks can be practised with free versions of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, subject to their usage limits.
Can I attend on my phone?
Yes, where practical. A laptop makes it easier to switch between the session, your syllabus and the AI tools during the exercises.
What should I bring?
Bring your syllabus, one recent mock score, your basic profile and one written answer. If your exam is objective-only, bring a list of weak topics instead of a written answer.
Will I get a recording?
This is an interactive pilot workshop focused on live practice. A recording is not promised; you will take away the templates and practice plans.
Will AI write my answers for me?
You attempt the work first. AI helps diagnose gaps and offers feedback; you verify it, rewrite and retest. The aim is to build your capability and keep your thinking central.
What if I cannot attend?
You can request cancellation or a transfer under the Refund & Cancellation Policy below. Contact gaurav@vidyashift.com before your scheduled session for help.

1.1. Welcome to www.vidyashift.com (the "Website"), operated by Vidyashift ("Vidyashift," "we," "us," or "our").

1.2. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your ("you," "your," "User," "Participant") access to and use of the Website, and any workshops, courses, programs, tools, and content offered on or through it, including the AI Exam Saathi workshop and any related follow-on programs such as the 21-day accelerator (together, the "Services").

1.3. Please read these Terms carefully, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, before using the Website or registering for a Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or the Services.

1.4. Eligibility. The Services are intended for individuals who have attained the age of 18 (eighteen) years and are competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Website or a Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may, at our discretion, refuse or withdraw access to the Services for any Person.

1.5. If you are using the Services on behalf of another individual (for example, registering a family member) or an organisation, you confirm you have their authority to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.

1.6. Accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or registering for a Service, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and creates a legally binding agreement between you and Vidyashift.

1.7. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here.Continued use of the Website or Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

2.1. "Content" means all text, frameworks (including the E.D.G.E. and ROCO-V frameworks), prompts, worksheets, planners, checklists, presentations, recordings, and other material made available through the Services.

2.2. "Service(s)" or "Program(s)" means any workshop, course, webinar, or similar offering delivered by Vidyashift, whether live, recorded, or self-paced, currently or in the future, including the AI Exam Saathi workshop.

2.3. "Participant" means a User who has registered and paid for a Service.

3. Description of Services

3.1. Vidyashift is an independent, privately operated education business. It is not a university, a coaching institute recognised by any regulatory body, or an agency of any government examination or recruitment authority. Nothing in the Services confers any degree, diploma, or government-recognised qualification. See Section 11 and our Disclaimer for more detail.

3.2. The Services are educational in nature: they teach Participants frameworks and techniques (such as the E.D.G.E. and ROCO-V frameworks) for using artificial intelligence tools responsibly as a study aid. The Services do not include Vidyashift generating exam answers on a Participant's behalf.

3.3. The availability, format, schedule, instructors, and content of any Service may change at Vidyashift's discretion, including before or after you register, and Services may be limited to a fixed number of seats.

3.4. Technical performance. Vidyashift will take reasonable steps to keep the Website and any live-session platform running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fault-free operation. We are not liable for delay, failure, or deficiency in the Services arising from internet outages, third-party platform failures, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3.5. Your environment. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and any software (e.g., a video-conferencing app) needed to access a live session, and for keeping these updated.

4. Registration

4.1. Where a Service requires registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated.

4.2. You are responsible for any activity that happens using your registration details or access link, and must tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

4.3. We may suspend or cancel your registration if information you provided is false or misleading, or if you breach these Terms.

5. Participant Conduct

You agree not to:

5.1. Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights;

5.2. Record, screen-capture, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share session content, links, recordings, or Content, in whole or in part, without Vidyashift's prior written consent;

5.3. Share your seat, registration, or access link with anyone who has not registered and paid, where applicable;

5.4. Disrupt a live session, whether technically or through conduct towards Vidyashift's team or other participants;

5.5. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other participants' accounts, or any connected system;

5.6. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity;

5.7. Use any AI tool in connection with the Services in a manner intended to violate the rules, code of conduct, or integrity requirements of any examination or recruitment authority — the Services are designed to help you think and answer better yourself, not to outsource that thinking (see our Disclaimer).

6. AI Tools and Responsible Use

6.1. Where a Service teaches you to use third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) under your own account, your use of those tools is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and Vidyashift is not a party to that relationship.

6.2. AI-generated or AI-assisted output, whether produced live in a session or afterward using tools on your own account, may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying anything AI-assisted against official, authoritative sources before relying on it.

6.3. If a future Service uses a Vidyashift-operated AI tool that processes content you submit, this will be disclosed to you and governed by additional terms and our Privacy Policy at that time.

7. Live Sessions: Recording and Your Participation

7.1. Vidyashift may record all or part of a live session (audio, video, and/or shared screen/chat content) for quality assurance, internal training, and to make a replay available to registered Participants of that cohort.

7.2. We will not use a recording that identifies you personally (your face, voice, or name) in external marketing or promotional material without asking you first. If you would prefer to keep your camera off or use an initials-only display name during a live session, you're welcome to do so.

7.3. Where you voluntarily share an answer, response, or work sample during a session for feedback, you retain ownership of it, but you grant Vidyashift a licence to use it (in anonymised or attributed form, at your preference) as an illustrative example in future sessions or materials, unless you ask us not to.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. All Content, frameworks, course materials, branding, and the compilation of the Website are owned by Vidyashift or its licensors and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and related laws.

8.2. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your own exam preparation. This licence does not permit you to resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content, or use it for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.

8.3. "Vidyashift," "AI Exam Saathi," associated logos, and program names are marks of Vidyashift and may not be used without our written permission.

8.4. Unauthorised use of our Content or marks terminates the licence granted under this Section and may result in legal action.

9. Fees and Payment

9.1. Fees for a Service are shown to you at the time of registration, in Indian Rupees, and are payable in advance unless stated otherwise.

9.2. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner Razorpay or ay other partner ; your payment is also subject to that partner's own terms. Vidyashift does not receive or store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

9.3. We may change prices for future cohorts or Services at any time; a price change does not affect a Service you've already paid for.

9.4. You're responsible for any applicable taxes (such as GST) on your purchase.

9.5. Fees are refundable only as described in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, missed-session handling, and cohort transfers are governed entirely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

11. No Academic Credit or Official Recognition

11.1. Completing a Service does not grant any academic credit, degree, diploma, or government-recognised qualification.

11.2. Any completion certificate or letter that Vidyashift may choose to issue (currently or in the future) is issued at Vidyashift's sole discretion, reflects participation only, and has no official, academic, or statutory value or recognition.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

12.1. The Website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law.

12.2. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any AI-assisted output will be accurate, complete, or current. See our Disclaimer for more on this.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Vidyashift, its founders, employees, and associates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of opportunity, such as exam or interview outcomes — arising from your use of the Website or a Service.

13.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

13.3. Nothing in this Section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vidyashift, its founders, employees, and associates harmless from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of a third party's rights.

15. Third-Party Websites, Tools, and Services

The Website and Services may reference or link to third-party websites, AI tools, or platforms (e.g., payment gateways, video-conferencing tools, official exam websites). We don't control, and aren't responsible for, their content, availability, or practices. Links do not imply our endorsement.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

17. Termination

17.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to a Service if you breach these Terms, without entitling you to a refund beyond what's provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

17.2. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 12, 13, 14, and 19 — continue to apply after your access ends.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer forum you're entitled to approach under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any specific terms shown for a particular Service, form the entire agreement between you and Vidyashift regarding the Services.

19.2. Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.

19.3. Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.

19.4. Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign them, including to a successor of our business.

19.5. Headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation.

20. Successors

We may reveal your personal data to any other organization that buys, or to which we transfer all, or substantially all, of our assets and business. If this sale or transfer takes place, we will use reasonable efforts to try to make sure that the organization we transfer your personal data to uses it in line with our privacy policy. If we were to engage in an acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding that involves the transfer of the information described in this Privacy Policy, we would share your information with a party involved in such a process.

21. Content Usage

All content provided on the education platform, including course materials, videos, lectures, and assessments, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. As a user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal educational purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from

Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying the content without our prior written consent.

Using the content for any commercial purposes.

Removing or altering any copyright notices or proprietary markings.

Any unauthorized use of the content may lead to legal action and termination of your access to the platform.

22. Examination and Certification

The processes for examinations, assessments, and certifications are conducted online through our platform. We collect data related to your performance in these assessments for evaluation and certification purposes. We take measures to ensure the integrity and fairness of the examination process, which may include identity verification and monitoring. Vidyashift Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to www.vidyashift.com (the "Website") and to all programs, workshops, courses, tools, and content offered under the Vidyashift brand, including the AI Exam Saathi workshop and any related follow-on programs such as the 21-day accelerator (together, the "Services"). By accessing the Website or enrolling in a Service, you agree to this Disclaimer. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Educational purpose only

All content, workshops, frameworks (including the E.D.G.E. and ROCO-V frameworks), prompts, worksheets, and bonus resources provided through the Services are for general educational and self-preparation purposes only. They are not official exam preparation material issued by any examining or recruiting body, and are not a substitute for the official syllabus, notification, or instructions of the relevant authority.

2. No guarantee of results

Vidyashift does not guarantee any specific outcome — including selection, rank, qualifying marks, interview success, or employment — in any government examination or recruitment process. Any testimonials or past-participant stories we share reflect individual circumstances and effort and are not a promise of similar results for you.

3. No official affiliation

Vidyashift and "AI Exam Saathi" are independently and privately operated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of UPSC, SSC, IBPS, any Railway Recruitment Board, any State Public Service Commission, any government department, or any other examination or recruitment authority. References to these bodies or exam categories describe who the workshop is designed for — nothing more. Always verify examination dates, eligibility, syllabus, and application instructions directly from the relevant official source.

4. AI-generated content and verification

The Services teach you to use AI as a feedback and diagnostic tool — to evaluate and strengthen your own answers — not to generate answers for you to pass off as your own original work. AI output, whether produced live in a session or through tools you use afterward, can be incomplete, outdated, or factually wrong, especially on current affairs or recently updated syllabi. You are responsible for verifying anything AI-assisted against official, authoritative sources before relying on it.

5. Third-party AI tools

Where the Services involve using third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) under your own account, your use of those tools is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, accuracy, pricing, or data practices of any third-party AI tool.

6. Not professional advice

Nothing in the Services is legal, financial, career-counselling, or psychological advice. Interview-preparation content is illustrative and general, not a substitute for individualised professional guidance.

7. Third-party names and logos

Organisation names and logos reflect the past or present professional experience of Vidyashift's team members' advisors and do not imply any current partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of Vidyashift by those organisations.

8. Pricing and availability

Pricing shown, including any introductory or pilot pricing, is offered on a limited-seat, limited-time basis at our discretion and is not guaranteed for future cohorts or advanced programs. Do read Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. External links and third parties

The Website may reference third-party sites or platforms (e.g., payment or course-hosting platforms, official exam websites). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidyashift and its founders, employees, and associates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or any Service, including decisions made in connection with an examination or recruitment process.

11. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer periodically. The revised version will be posted here

12. Governing law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra  have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer forum you are entitled to approach under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. They are shown here only to reflect the educational, professional, and speaker experiences of our individual team members. No endorsement or current partnership is implied.

Refund & cancellation policy

Current policy published by VidyaShift for its workshop participants.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vidyashift

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid workshops, courses, programs and services offered on or by  www.vidyashift.com, including the AI Exam Saathi workshop and the 21-day accelerator (together, the "Programs"). It should be read together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. By completing a paid registration, you accept this Policy.

1. Cancelling your registration

You can cancel your registration and request a refund by writing to us at gaurav@vidyashift.com before the Program starts:

Cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time: full refund, minus any payment-gateway transaction fee actually deducted by our payment partner (a pass-through processing cost, not a cancellation charge).

Cancel less than 48 hours before the start time, or after the session has begun: no cash refund; instead, at your request, we'll move your seat to the next available cohort, once.

If you don't attend and don't cancel in advance, no refund or transfer applies.

2. If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel, indefinitely postpone, or can't deliver a session for reasons within our control, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next available cohort. We won't charge you a cancellation fee in this situation.

3. Technical issues on our end

If a technical failure on our side — a broken session link, platform outage, and similar — stops you from accessing a live session you registered for, we'll offer a recording (where available), a free transfer, or a refund, your choice. We're not responsible for issues caused by your own device, connection, or account access.

4. Downloadable bonus resources

Once you've downloaded or accessed a bonus resource (the prompt book, planner, tracker, checklist, or similar), that portion of your purchase is non-refundable, even if you cancel your session registration under Section 1.

5. No cancellation charges

We don't levy a cancellation charge on you for cancelling a confirmed registration, unless we would bear a similar charge ourselves if we cancelled the order — consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email gaurav@vidyashift.com with your registered name, the email used at checkout, and your payment reference/transaction ID. We'll issue a ticket number and acknowledge your request within 48 hours, and resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

7. Refund method and timeline

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner Razorpay.. Once initiated, refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider and isn't fully within our control.

8. Future and upsell programs

This Policy extends to other paid Vidyashift programs, including the 21-day accelerator, unless a specific program's registration page states different terms — in which case those terms will be shown to you before you pay.

9. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra  have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer forum you're entitled to approach under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Privacy Policy

Vidyashift

Vidyashift ("we," "us," "our") operates www.vidyashift.com and related programs, including the AI Exam Saathi workshop and future Vidyashift courses and webinars (together, the "Services"). This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices and rights available to you.

This Policy covers our public-facing Website and workshops/courses. It does not cover institutional data shared under separate, signed consulting agreements, which are governed by those agreements' own confidentiality terms.

1. Information we collect

You give us directly: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, city/state, and similar details when you register for a workshop, subscribe, or contact us; optional background details (e.g., target exam, preparation stage) collected via forms or workshop activities; messages you send us; and anything you voluntarily share for feedback during a live session.

Collected automatically: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location, pages visited, and referral source, typically via cookies and similar technologies (Section 5).

From third parties: payment confirmation from our payment/checkout partner, Razorpay or any other partner — we never receive or store your full card, UPI, or net-banking details; and basic registration/attendance data from any platform used to host a workshop, if different from our Website.

We don't intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the Website, and ask that you avoid including this in open-text fields or messages to us.

2. How we use your information

To register you for and give you access to a workshop or course; process payment and send confirmations; deliver the workshop link, reminders, and bonus resources; tell you about related programs (e.g., the 21-day accelerator) and other updates, respond to queries and provide support; improve our Website and content; keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance; and detect and prevent fraud or misuse. The same may also be used with our partners and agencies.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process most personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you register, pay, or otherwise submit information to us. We may process limited data without separate consent where the law permits — for example, to respond to a request you've voluntarily made, or to meet a legal obligation such as tax record-keeping.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

Payment partners  Razorpay to process payment

Delivery and communication platforms (video conferencing, email, SMS, WhatsApp providers) to run the workshop and send communications

Analytics and advertising partners (Section 5), aggregated or pseudonymised where possible

Professional advisors (auditors, lawyers, accountants)

Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law or legal process

Any other partner or agency as deemed fit

If a future Service routes your workshop responses or prompts through a third-party AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) as part of the Service itself .

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Website may use cookies for essential functions (e.g., keeping checkout working), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising/retargeting (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags).

6. Storage, security, and retention

We apply reasonable security safeguards — access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) — consistent with the IT Rules, 2011 and DPDP Law, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and delete or anonymise it afterward.

8. Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for people who are at least 18 or have otherwise reached the age of majority, consistent with the typical eligibility profile for government-exam aspirants. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has given us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International data transfer
